Privacy Policy
We do not rent, trade, loan, or sell your personal information, or any other information which may identify you, to third parties. We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy. The information we collect is used to process your order and to enhance your shopping experience. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage in order to help us refine the design and layout of the store.

Any information we receive from you is only used to processes your orders, answer your questions, or fulfill any of your requests. Nothing else. From here, it goes No-Where! Also, If you cancel an order before processing, we DO NOT retain any of your information.

We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and other shopping information, to reputable third-party vendors or our marketing partners. These statistics will not include any information that identifies you personally.

The only exception to the above, is that we will cooperate with court orders and/or law enforcement agencies to identify any individual who attempts to use our services for illegal activities. We will also report any activity we believe to be unlawful, to the proper authorities. Additionally, we may release account information when we feel that such a release is necessary to enforce the terms of our user agreement, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our users, or others.

Secure Shopping
We utilize the latest in encryption technology, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This technology is compatible with most popular browsers. SSL encrypts your credit card number by transforming the data into an unreadable format. Only an authorized processor can unencrypt this information to complete the transaction. Being on a Secure Site means you are connected under SSL security. You can tell if you are on a Secure Site if you see a padlock or key somewhere along the bottom of your browser's window. If the lock is closed or if the key is unbroken, you are dealing with a Secure Site. Also make sure to check the URL - the "http" should change to "https." If you cannot get access to the secure server for whatever reason, please place your order by using the by mail option.

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by the browser onto your computer's hard drive. There are two types of cookies, "Stored" and "Per-Session". Stored cookies are saved onto your hard drive permanently whereas per-session cookies are not. We use per-session cookies only and do not use stored cookies. If our web site is left idle for about 30 minutes or if the browser is closed, the per-session cookie will be deleted. We use cookies to keep track of your current shopping session. We do not use cookies to store/retrieve your personal information. By default, most web browsers have both types of cookies enabled, but these settings can be altered. To place an order on our website, per session cookies need to be enabled, but stored cookies do not.

Free Shipping
For free shipping items, we have set the shipping weight to zero so that the shopping cart will not charge shipping for that particular item. However, if you combine a free shipping item with a non-free shipping item, that has a weight assigned, you will incur the shipping fees for that item. Combining a free shipping item with a non-free shipping item does not default to free shipping for the total order.

Additional fees may apply for shipments to APO/FPO, AK, HI and PR.

We provide links to other Web sites for your convenience and information only. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content, accuracy, privacy policies or any other aspect of these sites. These sites may have their own privacy statements in place, which we recommend you review if you visit any linked Web sites. Linking to any off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk. A Link does not imply an endorsement of any kind and will not under any circumstances be considered as one. We are not responsible for the content of linked sites or any use of the sites.

Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction! If the product you order does not meet your needs for any reason, send it back to us, along with a copy of your packing slip/ receipt, within 30 days and we will gladly issue a refund or credit. The product must be in restockable condition. The customer will need to pay for the return shipping being that we WILL NOT accept COD packages. We will not issue a refund or credit for discontinued merchandise. Shipping is not refundable.

Please allow four to six weeks for a refund. The amount of the refund or credit will be the invoice amount less the shipping and handling charge. A 15% restocking fee will also be applied.

We are not responsible for merchandise damaged while being returned to us and will not issue credit or a refund for it. The customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipper.

If the item is found to be defective and not abused, we will do our best to work with you to make it right.

If returned outside of the parameters of the return policy, the shipment will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Sales Tax
We are required by current law to charge sales tax for orders shipped to the State of New York. Your online order will calculate an estimated sales tax based on the ship-to address of the order. The actual sales tax charged to your order will be determined when your order ships and will be included on your shipping invoice.

International Orders
DMV Electronics is happy to ship your order to you anywhere in the World. Or if you prefer, you are welcome to send a money order or bank cashier's check payable in US dollars.

International orders can only be sent to your credit card billing address. We are sorry for the inconvenience to our INTERNATIONAL customers, but the illegal use of stolen credit card numbers has regretfully made these precautions necessary when shipping outside of the United States. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or redirected INTERNATIONAL orders and merchandise not received.

Because DMV Electronics ships to so many countries around the world, it is impossible for us to constantly keep up with the import and customs regulations and charges for each city, region and country. For this reason please be advised that it is the responsibility of each of our international customers to be aware of the customs taxes, tariffs, and import duties for their particular region. We can let you know the cost of the items you ordered and the shipping charges, but the customs taxes and import duties are your responsibility.

On international orders, we do not ship to Second Parties. For customers outside of the United States, we will only ship to the person ordering the merchandise (the name on the credit card)...not to another person at another address. We also reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain countries.

For U.S. customers shipping inside the U.S., we are happy to send an item or gift to a second party at a different address after we verify your identity with your credit card company.
